Chick Fil a in Uncasville

Very friendly staff with standard Chick-Fil-A fare. One of the less expensive dining options inside the casino. There is limited seating inside, and ample seating located just outside the entrance. Clean place. Tasty food. Expectations met. Would definitely return.

There aren't many Chick-fil-A's in NY, so finding one in CT was amazing. Food was delicious and definitely lives up to the hype. Remember to request the Chick-fil-A sauce!I needed to amend my review due to this locations inability to open during the posted hours. Either corporate or Mohegan should fix the times listed on the website.

Ok, it's a chicken sandwich and the place was clean. But with all the hype I was expecting WOW!!! Now that's a chicken sandwich! No big deal. I won't go out of my way to get one but if I'm hungry and it's there, l would stop in.

I always come here when I am in Connecticut. The staff is well adjusted, friendly & attentive. The food is always cooked well. Today again we had hot fries, tender chicken & great service !I wish we had a chickfila near us, but until then we will keep coming back here.

If you're coming here after a concert... RUN! before the line gets too long.

Place is within Mohegan sun which I didnt know until I arrived, not hard to find at all. Also they mixed up my order but they fixed it with no problem and even let me keep the messed up order. Top notch customer service from the staff.

Chick fil a will continue to be my favorite fast food restaurant, the staff is always nice and friendly no matter the location and the restaurant is always in great condition. You can throw a dart on the menu and be assured that the item you landed on will be delicious and healthier than most other fast food choices. Definitely my go to restaurant for when I want a quick bite with some friends.

I was there a week and a half ago unfortunately they had a newbie on the counter that was clueless on how to ring up my coupon comp as a result I was charged $20 instead of a $1.75. I am still waiting for them to straighten it out and replace the $20 on my momentum account the Mohegan Sun stepped Up and issued me two make it right vouchers even though they were definitely not at fault it goes to show that the Mohegan Sun still cares about their guests and the guests experiences hopefully Chick-fil-A will straighten out this little snafu

Great food and people. Host messed up my order very slightly, but had a great demeanor. Juan came over very quickly to see what happened. Very nice guy, great priority service. Gave a free sandwich for next visit. A+ Juan well done sir

HORRIBLE!DO NOT WASTE YOUR GAMBLING MONEY!My husband and I went a get away to Mohegan Sun and tried this Chick-fil-A.The place was VERY VERY dirty. The floor was sticky all over the restaurant. The bathrooms were disgusting.Our food came fast but was lukewarm at best.Tables were dirty and their were bugs flying around! It's January!I've been to many Chick-fil-A's. This was the worst!AVOID!!

Elizabeth was wonderful, very polite, and hooked us up with the ranch and honey mustard. You rock, girl! 👌

Wow. Never had a Chick-fil-A sandwich until recently. Started with the basic. Really good. Love the waffle fries and lemonade, too. Have some photos I'll have to find and post later.

I never get chicken when im out. I rarely make it at home. This is my first time a chick fil a. OMG. Spicy chicken with pepper jack cheese.Fantastic!Friendly service! Attentive service!Fast service! Delicious sweet ice tea!Ill never pass up a chance to go again!And again.And again.

It's chick-fil-a, the food is awesome and so is the Lemonade. However, I hate to say, this one has really poor service. It really let's down the reputation that this franchise has built for themselves which is a huge draw for me. I always felt like I was walking into a restaurant that understands the importance of quality service. The Mohegan Sun location feels like any other fast food place. The staff was not rude, that is not what I am saying. The staff just didn't seem to care. Food was as good as any other location though. It's just not the 5 star service I have grown to be the norm at a Chick-Fil-A.

Great food and great quality, would definitely come back. Only issue I had was the lack of space, but that's rather typical.

Food was great, but dining area was very messy and customer service was lacking compared to my previous trips here. All trash was overflowing, no napkins (even after another customer notified staff that they were out), and tables were filthy. There was more than enough staff to rectify the messy dining room, as some were just standing around. I'd give lower stars, but it was busy for kid's night. A special shout-out to the balloon artist who has the patience of a saint dealing with the parents!

Food was lukewarm at best. Employees didnt double check to see if order customer was receiving was correct - I shared a name with another customer. Chicken was okay. The fries and my drink were the only "good" part.

Very fast restaurant. Food quality is on point. The line gets long but they do a great job moving it and the wait is super short. I just wish they would carry the cheese sauce here.

Forgot about me after I ordered. They accidentally did some mumbo and dropped me out of the system. I waited 20minutes before the manager realized I've been sitting for a while. Got a heartfelt apology and my meal immediately followed by some vouchers. Food was very good and service is usually fast. Ordered a spicy chicken.

No fast food restaurants can come close to Chick-fil-A. It doesn't matter which state you visit, taste is always the same as well as the excellent customer service!

Always amazing. Great service and great food. I love the spicy chicken, nuggets, cool wrap. The fries waffle are great. I have not had a bad experience there and I believe if I did they would make it right.

3 star for customer service. I ordered 2 deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meals and 12 piece chicken nugget meal. My order wasn’t read back to me to make sure she got it right. I asked for straws and she said it will be in the bag. I got my order and went back to our hotel room. I was very disappointed coz there were no straws and I got plain chicken sandwiches 😩 4 star for chicken nuggets as it was a little salty for my taste.

They have the best sandwiches and milkshakes . I really love their customer service . Thanks a lot for that . Will visit again for sure .

I love the lemonade and sweet tea so much from Chick-fil-A! The food itself is good too, but pretty pricy for chicken sandwiches. Not a bad place to stop for a quick bite or drink in the casino.
